MedGo-NC, LLC is a Greensboro-based medical courier company providing secure, timely, and HIPAA-compliant transportation of laboratory specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical records, and other time-sensitive healthcare materials to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners across the Triad region. For this project, I designed and developed a full website that communicates the professionalism and precision at the heart of their business — built on WordPress using Elementor.
Understanding the Client
Before jumping into any design decisions, I developed a client questionnaire to get a better sense of who MedGo-NC is and what they needed their website to accomplish. What came back was a clear, detailed picture of a healthcare-founded business built on precision, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of what's at stake in medical logistics. Every layout choice, every color decision, every line of copy on that site was informed by what the client shared with me first.
Learning on the Job
This project pushed me further into Elementor than I had ever gone before. There were moments where I ran into something unfamiliar and had to figure it out in real time and honestly, those were some of the most valuable parts of the process. Rather than letting the learning curve slow me down, I leaned into it until the site came together the way I envisioned it. MedGo-NC reminded me that growth doesn't always happen before a project; sometimes it happens right in the middle of one.
The Result
Visual Identity
With a client operating in the healthcare space, the design needed to communicate trust from the very first glance. I was provided with the logo and tasked with building the visual identity around it — using it as my starting point to establish a cohesive look and feel for the entire site. From there, I built the color palette around deep navy tones — grounded, authoritative, and clinical — complemented by a teal accent that keeps the site feeling approachable without sacrificing its professional edge. Roboto carries the typography throughout, differentiated by weight across headers, subheadings, and body text to create a hierarchy that feels clean, intentional, and easy to move through.

MedGo-NC, LLC was a reminder that good design starts with listening. Taking the time to understand the client's story before ever opening a design tool shaped everything that followed — and seeing it all come together in a finished site I'm genuinely proud of made the process worth it. As I continue to grow, I carry forward the value of building something that doesn't just look good, but actually serves the people behind it.
